As the Chancellor's budget approaches in March, your views and concerns must be heard.
Tax cuts, higher minimum wage, and support for business announced in the Autumn Statement last November were the next steps in getting our country's economy back on track after the pandemic and energy crisis following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. With inflation continuing to fall, the Budget on the 6th of March must build on those measures and go further.
- Lower taxes: what should the priority be?
- Cost of living help: what specific measures would help take the pressure off your finances?
- Support for local businesses: how can the budget help our high streets and our community’s economic health?
- Help with buying a house: what are your thoughts on the best way of doing this?
- Inheritance tax reform: is this a priority for you?
By sharing your views, I can make sure the Chancellor knows what our constituency, Esher and Walton, needs to see in the budget.
